I recognize that counseling can be extremely uncomfortable for many people, especially men. My goal is simply to give you the space to share and be heard. I am here to help you achieve growth by learning to work through your issues rather than just providing solutions or advice. I truly care about your well-being and I am passionate about serving you.

I enjoy working with men dealing with depression, self-esteem, and anxiety issues. I specialize in leadership training, communication, concentration, motivation, and team/organization cohesion. My experience working in high school sports, business coaching, and as a mentor for elementary school students gives me a more holistic and dynamic view of people.
