While integrating evidence-based modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, I tailor my approach to meet your needs. I take a gentle yet pragmatic therapeutic approach. I don’t claim to have a magic wand and to be able to wave your troubles away. However, I will provide you with support as you navigate through your various challenges and will help you realize your full potential and surpass your goals.

Through my personal and professional experiences, I can understand some of the struggles and obstacles you are facing.
