Self-Pay Rates for Therapy

• $140 per individual session with LPC, LSW, MFT (60 minutes)

• $175 per individual session with LPCC, LISW, IMFT (60 minutes)

• $175 per couples or family session (60 minutes)​​

• $250 per couples or family session (90 minutes)​

We Have Counselors and Therapists in-network with the following insurance plans:

 

• United Healthcare (including UMR, Surest, and Student Resources) ​

• Aetna (and Meritain)

• Medical Mutual

• Custom Design Benefits

• CareSource (Medicaid and Marketplace)​

Please Note:​  

• Our LPCC, LISW, and IMFT licensed therapists typically accept United Healthcare products. Our LPC licensed therapists do not accept United Healthcare products.

• ​​We do not accept any Medicare products (including those associated with the commercial products listed above). PRO TIP: Medicare reimburses you 80% for out-of-network. Pay up front and get 80% back!

Using Your Out-of-Network Benefits

This seems to be a closely held secret of the insurance industry - they don't want you to know about this. We absolutely want you to know so you can make an informed decision as you search for the therapist that is the best fit for you!

 

If you have a commercial insurance not listed above, we can ​provide itemized receipts so you can use your Out-of-Network benefits.  The reimbursement or credit towards your deductible that out-of-network benefits provide varies from plan to plan. We have seen some plans reimburse 0% and some up to 80%, meaning they can be just as good as in-network benefits!

Please contact you insurance company to find out about your Out-of-Network Benefits. The headache and investment of time will most likely be worth it!
