Julia Rose

LPCC-S

Ask me how to discover inner healing and grow from past trauma.

My approach to supervision is warm, collaborative, and centered on helping clinicians grow into their own voice and style, with the belief that learning can be both meaningful and enjoyable. I work with supervisees who are pursuing licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor or working toward obtaining their independent license in the state of Ohio. With a teaching background and licensed as a supervisor since 2018, I create a space where supervisees feel supported, challenged, and encouraged to ask questions and take risks.

Together, we focus on building strong skills in client assessment, treatment planning, case conceptualization, and diagnosis, while also strengthening confidence in applying theory to clinical work in a way that feels authentic to who you are as a clinician.

Supervision is also a place to deepen self-awareness, notice and work through countertransference, and support both personal and professional development. My goal is to help you grow towards independence with confidence, trust your skills, and feel connected to the heart of your work.
