Life can be confusing, messy and altogether scary for so many people in our modern world. Even those of us who “check all the boxes” that come with being an adult still find ourselves experiencing a sense, a nagging feeling, that something is not quite right. The ways we have learned to cope through our lives don't seem to serve us as they once did. Perhaps that something is the desire to have more joy in daily life and less worry. That unsettledness we feel can lead to larger existential fears of “what am I doing with my life?” or “what is the point of all of this?”. Life may even be moving so fast for you that it's hard to articulate what you feel inside. To feel lost in life is a normal human experience and the only way out is to take the journey through the dark parts of life. The good news is that you do not have to go in alone.

I consider myself to be a fellow traveler through life. I have found myself staring into the void, uncertain of which direction to take and I see so many of my clients face the void of life with the same uncertainty. Since I began practicing therapy in 2019, I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings from inpatient and outpatient programs to nursing home care to private practice therapy. Through my education and training, I provide an evidence-based and humanist approach to therapy, meaning that I work with people to build practical coping skills to manage difficult moments as well as create space to process the deep existential challenges that come from being human.
