You’re the one others rely on, the strong one, the leader so many look to, and you’re doing your best to hold it all together. Behind that strength, few people see the challenges and pressures you carry every day. I’m grateful you’re here, because you don’t have to carry it alone anymore. You are capable of the growth you desire, you just need a space to set it all down. I see you, and I know you have unique purpose and gifts within you, even in the presence of your struggle.
I offer a safe, authentic counseling relationship where you can step away from the weight of your responsibilities and focus on what you need without judgment or expectation. I will acknowledge your struggles and your strengths. Together, we will journey toward deeper self-understanding with grace and truth, cultivating growth in the areas that matter most to you. Our work together can help you heal from unresolved issues, explore root causes, discover your truth, and take steps toward positive change so you can live and lead with peace, confidence, and a sense of fullness.
My approach to counseling is person-centered and tailored to you. I draw from a variety of evidence-based practices, including psychodynamic therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing. I bring over a decade of experience in social work, supporting families and community leaders, along with a ministry certification and eight years working as a certified life coach. If you’re ready for a space where you can let your guard down, be seen, explore your unresolved issues, and be met with genuine understanding and unconditional positive regard, you’re in the right place.
