Desiree Gonzales
IMFT-S

I am a dedicated therapist and clinical supervisor driven by the belief that growth happens when we look at the whole picture. My work is rooted in a social justice lens and systems thinking, meaning I don’t just look at an individual in isolation—I consider the relational, cultural, and institutional contexts that shape our lives.
With a background ranging from intensive home-based therapy in the juvenile court system to my current leadership role as an AOD Coordinator at the University of Cincinnati, I bring a wealth of experience in crisis intervention and complex family dynamics. Whether I am working with a client or mentoring a supervisee, my goal is to create a collaborative environment where curiosity meets clinical excellence.
