LPC

Amber believes healing is an active, courageous process of presence, balance, and self-discovery. With nearly a decade of experience, she has supported individuals and families in a wide range of settings, including community mental health, residential children’s homes, advocacy organizations, and private practice. Her work is grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens through connection— where clients can realign with their inner strength, values, and capacity for change.

Amber partners with clients navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, processing trauma, and relational challenges. She is especially passionate about working with family dynamics, dating and marital relationships, parent-child connection, and self-growth. She views therapy as a collaborative space where stillness and movement coexist— where we can utilize mindfulness and reflection, unlearn beliefs and narratives that no longer serve us, reframe with collaborative lens and perspective sharing, and grow with intention.

Outside the therapy room, Amber is a creator, visionary, and lifelong learner. She has a special heart for youth and families impacted by foster care and child welfare. She enjoys exploring nature, hiking with her rescue dog, husband and son, and engaging with the world through curiosity, creativity, and environmental care.
