LISW

I serve women who have spent years feeling like they’re “too much,” carrying the weight of trauma, responsibility, and emotional labor that started long before they had words for it. I support women navigating the layers of trauma and the attachment wounds, patterns of codependency, and control that often grow from it. I walk alongside women facing the realities of women’s health, including menopause, postpartum shifts, infertility, miscarriage, and the complicated grief of losing a former version of themselves while fiercely loving the child in front of them. I help women in their 20s through 40s move through identity growth and major life transitions, and I support women 50 and beyond as they redefine themselves in new chapters: retirement, shifting relationships with adult children, launching kids, and finally saying out loud the truths they’ve held inside for decades.

I support children and teenagers who are bravely figuring out who they are, learning how to communicate, processing the impact of their experiences, and navigating the complicated balance between what feels safe to share with friends versus parents. I help them build healthy friendships and relationships by understanding their needs, setting boundaries, and learning how to express themselves without fear of judgment. As they grow, their relationship with their parents naturally shifts, and I guide them in finding their voice, advocating for themselves, and understanding that they are allowed to have their own thoughts, feelings, and identities.

You have spent your whole life trying to know everything, manage everything, and keep everyone else regulated. I can help you step into a place where you can feel anger safely, process big emotions, speak your truth, and rewrite the narrative you’ve been living in. Through parts work, trauma processing, and creating deep psychological safety, I can help you feel grounded in your body, confident in your decisions, clearer in your communication, and freer in your boundaries. Can you imagine finally experiencing what it’s like to be yourself without overexplaining, overfunctioning, or shrinking? Let's get you there. I will support you in becoming who you were always meant to be.
