Kate Ziegler

LPC

Kate seeks to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to navigate whatever challenge you are facing. She approaches each session with genuine interest in understanding your inner world and acknowledges the complexity, fear, and courage it takes to confront what’s beneath the surface. Kate views therapy as deeply relational, rooted in safety and curiosity, where understanding is prioritized over expectation and exploration is guided by the belief in your ability to heal and become your truest and highest self.

Kate draws from a variety of theoretical frameworks, including psychodynamic, humanistic, strength-based, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and existential approaches where she will work to tailor these interventions to your individual needs, experiences, and personal goals. Using a collaborative approach, Kate will work with you to unravel what’s not working, build trust in yourself, and empower you to live more in alignment with your values, inner strength, and authentic voice.
