Your mind never fully powers down. You notice yourself overthinking small interactions, second-guessing decisions, or feeling on edge even when things appear fine. You feel numb or disconnected, like you don’t recognize yourself or how you got here. You feel the weight of expectations, life transitions, or the pressure to have everything figured out. Part of you wants something different, but another part feels tired, unsure, or doesn’t know where to begin. Maybe you’ve done some of this work before and want to go deeper, or differently this time. If any of this resonates, you’re not alone. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, relational wounds, trauma, or the impact of environments where they had to override their own needs just to survive. Many describe themselves as deep thinkers and feelers, and had to learn to adapt, to push through, and to do what was necessary, to survive. And somewhere along the way, they’ve lost contact with themselves.

Building a renewed relationship with yourself is work I care a lot about. I can help you slow down, tune back in, and better understand yourself in a more honest and compassionate way. We do this by exploring what’s not working, your fears, needs, and values, and what you need to take the next step with greater clarity and intention. We might talk about shame, relationships, boundaries, and the stories you’ve inherited. We may write letters you never send, untangle patterns you did or didn’t choose, or incorporate behaviors and responses that feel more aligned with who you are. In our work together, I draw from various theoretical modalities, which is a fancy way of saying a lot of the stuff we do is backed by research with proven results.

More than anything, I seek to create a space where you can exhale. Where you can ask the weird questions, cry, grieve, laugh, or sit in silence if need be. Wherever and whoever you are, I seek to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to navigate whatever challenge you are facing.

Outside of work, I’m a creative, wife, musician, hiker, snowboarder, foodie, with lots of hobbies and too many plants. I am also someone who understands how hard and complex it can be to walk away from systems that once defined your life. Feel free to reach out to see if we’re a good fit. If not, thanks for reading! I wish you well and trust you’ll find what feels right for you.
