Who am I? I am a wife, mother, daughter, and friend who has felt the sting of anxiety, betrayal, heartache, and confusion. I have felt torn between two seemingly opposing voices, and I have wrestled with my faith. I have found peace in my life, and I can help you do the same. How? By cleaning up the cobwebs.

If you look inside a clock, you will see numerous gears all working together to keep the clock running smoothly. If a gear becomes dusty or corroded, it slows the surrounding gears, causing the clock to slow down or stop working altogether. We all interact with others like gears in the clock. When something happens, such as a life change, losing or gaining a loved one, a traumatic event, or a miscommunication or conflict, our interactions slow down or stop working. That is where I come in!

Together, we can work to clear up miscommunication, balance emotions and logic, and challenge our perspectives of the situation. From the first session, we will have challenging conversations to communicate more effectively, connect deeper, and handle conflict to live an overcoming life. From faith-based to military and first responders to premarital through divorce counseling, I have helped my clients restore relationships and build deeper connections with their families and communities.
