Imagine you are pulling weeds in your garden. If you just pull out what’s above the ground, it would only solve half of the problem. Yes, you would have a few less weeds to deal with, but you would be giving those weeds an opportunity to grow back. A more complete approach is to dig into the ground and pull them out by the roots. This solves the short-term problem and works to prevent future issues.

This is a lot like how Adam thinks about therapy. First, work on what is above the ground—your symptoms. Next, dig into the past to pull up the roots—the underlying causes. The first stage focuses on reducing negative symptoms and increasing your day-to-day quality of living. In the second stage, the priority is to identify and treat root causes. Adam's treatment approach paves the way for deeper healing because he considers the whole person—body, mind, and soul.

Adam might be a good for you if you’re looking to work on…
• Anxiety & Depression
• Developmental Trauma
• Nervous system regulation
• Chronic pain
• Questions of faith & spirituality
• Pornography addiction
