Christin became a therapist after teaching in elementary public schools for 10 years. With her students, she found herself drawn to teaching social-emotional skills, mindfulness, and self-regulation. Her goal as your child's therapist is to listen, support, and guide them through transitions they face. She believes that early experiences form the foundation for anchored behaviors. Early intervention is important to establishing sound mental health. Christin wants to provide your child with resiliency skills and help them to discover their own strength.
